Problem
As of now, we can't add a Category field directly from the issue creation screen in JWM projects.
Suggested Solution
Since this field is available for the JWM project and can be viewed on issues, it will be great to be able to create the issues with a defined Category.
Why This Is Important
This allows the users to see the field values and categorize them accordingly at the time of creating the issue.
Workaround
- Navigate to the list view of your business project.
- Select the cell in the row of the issues you’d like to categorize, under the category field in your list.
- Enter a new name for your category, and press enter.
