Currently, with the Approvals feature that was added to JWM TMP, the users can only set the approvals to a specific status of the issue type workflow, and the approval is required for all users that are added to that field setting previously. 

Giving the customer the ability sto set this permission will reduce the times they need to keep changing the workflow or be blocked froma task that doesn't need all the approvals.
