Issue Summary

Introduce a feature allowing users to opt-out of displaying issues based on the 'Start date' in the Calendar view. When this option is selected, issues will only appear based on their 'Due date', though users can still utilize the 'Start date' field. This could be implemented as a toggle option.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the Calendar view in a JWM project.
2. Create issues with varying start and due dates.
3. Notice that issues are displayed as bars spanning from the start to the due date.

Expected Results

Users should have the ability to view Jira issues based solely on the 'Due date' in the calendar, without displaying bars from the start to due date.

Actual Results

Issues are currently displayed in the calendar as bars extending from the start date to the due date.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
