Deleting a category should remove the categories from the tickets

      Currently, if a category is deleted from the JWM (CM) list view, the same category is still "active" on the tickets, and a new one with the same name can be created to add to other issues.

      This process leads the customers to an error when they don't know that the deleted category won't be deleted from the other tickets.
