Issue Summary

Ability to show extended issue hierarchy from other projects in list view - nested 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Currently if we have an extended issue hierarchy for company-managed projects, Eg : Deployment >> Epic >> Standard issue types.
2. With the above hierarchy, we can see all the issues in the list-nested view if they are from the same project.
3. However, if the parent issue (Deployment) is from another project, then we won't be able to see the issues in the list view.

Expected Results

The expected result is to show issues extended hierarchy irrespective of the project the parent issue belongs to.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
