Move issue statuses by dropdown or numbering order

    Description

      When moving issue statuses for customers with a high number of issue statuses it can be hard clicking the arrow multiple times to move the values because it takes a lot of time to reorder the statuses in the order they want.

      Suggestion:
      Please implement the move statuses by using a dropdown or a numbering order.
