      Issue Summary

      The create issue button on the list page is not working for JWM projects

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to the list page on any Business project
      2. Click on the "+" button (Create)

      Expected Results

      An inline box should appear to enter the summary of the new issue

      Actual Results

      Nothing happens

      Workaround

      Create an issue using the Blue button, or a subtask inside the issue
