Currently, when using Open Forms, if a user who does not have create issue access submits a form, the issue created marks that user as the reporter, but marks the Project Lead as the issue creator. Customer would like a way to change the default issue creator so that the issue does not get marked as created by the Project Lead, but rather by a user they designate.
