Issue Summary

Can only create an issue once in list view when global issue create dialog must show

Steps to Reproduce

Setup a project where a custom field is required

Navigate to list view

Create an item in the list view via the bottom inline create widget

Observe that GIC modal opens

Fill in details and submit

Attempt to create a second issue

Nothing happens

Expected Results

You can create as many issues as you want on the list view

Actual Results

Can only create an issue once in list view when global issue create dialog must show.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
