Issue Summary

When trying to delete Issue Types in JWM Team-Managed Projects, the delete option is missing
(Inconsistent behavior)

JWM TMP defaults with 'Task' and 'Sub-Task' issue types, but 'Task' does not have the 3-dot action to remove.

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) / (no)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Access a JWM Team-Managed Project
2. Go to Project Settings > Issue Types
3. Select ** any of the listed Issue Types
4. The 3-dotted button with the "Delete Issue Type" option is missing

Expected Results

The 3-dotted button with the "Delete Issue Type" option should be there to select and use, next to "Edit Workflow"

Actual Results

The 3-dotted button with the "Delete Issue Type" option is missing

Workaround

No workaround at the moment
A fix is being developed but there's no ETA on its implementation yet
