List view should show issues even though parent issue is part of different projects

      Issue Summary

      List view should show issues which are present on the board even though their parent issue is part of different projects

      Steps to Reproduce

      Create Epic inside Jira S/w project

      Go to JWM project

      Create Task and add epic link of the epic created in first step

      Go to Board view, task is visible here

      Go to List view, task is not visible

       

      Expected Results

      Task should be visible in the list. This task is part of JWM project so should be visible on board as well as List view 

      Actual Results

      Task whose Parent is part of another project is visible on board but not on list view.

      Workaround

            This is definitely a hinderance for our team as we cannot see half of the items that we need to work on.  Several of the items are administrative so they have no "assignee" so the only way to see these is by filtering by epic or using Board/calendar.

            This bug (not sure why it's a suggestion) reduces the usability of the list view considerably for us because in our use case, all issues are expected to have a parent in another project. The team in question is a support team servicing other development teams. So for us, the "Group By" feature is significantly less usable.
