Issue Summary

List view breaks because a priority icon points to a wrong URL

Steps to Reproduce

1. Deliberately break the URL pointing to a priority icon. You can use this example:
   blob:https://www.google.com/404
2. Try to load a JWM project's list view

Expected Results

(the plus button to add columns and the issue filter do not work in this case either)

The below exception is thrown in Splunk:

Workaround

Fix the URL or select one of the built-in icons in Jira (clicking [select image])
