multi-user selector custom fields fail on JWM forms

      Issue Summary

      multiuser picker custom fields do not work on JWM forms when multiple users are selected.

      This is reproducible on Data Center: (no)

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Add multiuser picker field to a form
      1. preview the form, add multiple users to the field and try submit

      Expected Results

      Form submits successfully

      Actual Results

      Get an error saying: Pick another user as the selected user doesn't exist.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
