Change the color of the top backgrounds in forms

      When creating a form, it's not possible to change the color on the top.

            We know this is possible and already a feature elsewhere, why is Atlassian preventing this simple feature from being included? Oh I know why, they'd rather build newer applications that are going to be broken instead of adding new simple features to old products.

            This must have been in production at least briefly, because I've got a form that I was able to select the color for.  Now I'm trying to do it again and can't.  Grr.  Please add it back.

            It'd be very nice if you could select the color or upload a picture for the Work Management Forms banner.

            I believe that this is possible in Service Management, so why not in JWM?
