Issue Summary

It is currently not possible to edit or add a value to the Category field when viewing an issue from a Jira Work Management project. A dropdown saying "No matches found" appears and the text added does not save:

You can edit the value of the Category field from the List view.
It is possible to delete existing Category values from the issue view.

Steps to Reproduce

1. In a Jira Work Management project click on an issue and attempt to add a value to the Category field. Observe it is not possible
2. Try to do so from the List view and it is possible.

Expected Results

You should be able to edit the Category field from the issue view.

Actual Results

You cannot edit the Category field from the issue view.

Workaround

Use the List view to edit the value of the Category field
