In managing the team that needs to ensure their work log is captured within a certain time. it is necessary to have a feature that will prevent the start date of time log to be back dated or forward dated to certain.

For instant, I want to drive a culture of daily activities closure and monitoring, thus needs to put proper account to time spent.  So need to set the date calendar not to allow start time and date to be back dated beyond 24hr  (control variable).
