Business projects should warn admins if the criteria for a board not work is meet

Problem Definition

There are some specific situation where the workflow configuration of a Business project will prevent its board from working. The limitations are described on this KB:

• Work with boards in business projects

However, when admins make changes on the workflows and they fall under those situations, Jira won't warn the admins that the board won't load.

Suggested Solution

Jira should warn admins that the Business board won't be available if the workflow modifications meet the specific situations for the board not to work.

Why this is important

This should avoid misleading situations within teams.

Workaround 

If the instance has Jira Software, a Software board can be created for the Business Project.
