Ability to save the filter in list view within business projects (JWM)

Issue Summary

When the customer tries to apply a filter on the columns in a business project, once he leaves the list view, the filter is lost. This document explains how it works and it mentions "The fields you choose to display in your list will only be visible to you." but we should be able to save the filter at least.

Steps to Reproduce

Go to a business project you have
Open the list view from the left panel
Try to reorder the columns or even order by one of them
Then back to the backlog or another tab and try to open the list view again, the filter has gone.

Expected Results

Filter should be kept when leaving the list view and coming back.

Actual Results

Filter is being lost.

Workaround

Create a JQL filter and save it with the layout you want.
