Add three level of issue heirarchy in JWM timeline.

      Currently JWM timeline only support two level hierarchy.

      Therefore Subtasks can be added under Tasks.

      Similarly if we add issue type Epic , then it should allow the following hierarchy:

      Epic >> Task >> Sub-task
