Description
Issue Summary
For company-managed JWM projects that utilize Epics, users are given the option to toggle the "Epic Link" from visible / not visible on their cards within the Board.
However, checking this option to make the Epic Links visible does not result in any changes to the card view despite having issues that are linked to Epics. The Epic Links continue to remain hidden despite being enabled under the "Customize Cards" options menu.
Having the Epic Link highlighted on the board/issue card is really important for visualizing which tasks are related to which Epics on a complicated Kanban board.
Note: all other options under the "Customize Cards" appear to be working as expected.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a Company-managed JWM project
- Ensure the project utilizes Epics as an Issue type. Navigate to Project Settings > Issue Types > and add Epics if necessary.
- Create an Epic in the project
- Create a few standard issue types and link them to the recently created Epic
- Open the Board view
- Select the •••More menu > Customize Cards > and check the Epic Links option
- Notice that Epic links do not show up on the issue cards within the Board
Expected Results
The Epic Links should be displayed and visible on the issue cards
Actual Results
The Epic Links remain hidden and are not displayed
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
