Issue Summary
Issues are not visible in several views in a JWM (business) project after a tenant was recently migrated. Some of the affected views are.
- Timeline
- List
- Calendar
Issues are still visible through the Board and Issues tab.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open a business project
- Create an issue in the project
- Navigate to either one of the following views;
- Timeline
- List
- Calendar
Expected Results
Issues in the project should be visible in all the views
Actual Results
The following error message is displayed whenever one of the affected views is loaded;
We couldn't load items. Check your connection, then give it another try.
Workaround
Refresh the list, potentially multiple times and with filters to make it load fewer issues at a time.
A change has been made that should prevent this from happening on recently migrated tenants. Please let us know if you are still experiencing this after a migration.
