Issues are not visible in JWM when accessing timeline, list and calendar views after a tenant was recently migrated

      Issue Summary

      Issues are not visible in several views in a JWM (business) project after a tenant was recently migrated. Some of the affected views are.

      1. Timeline
      2. List
      3. Calendar

      Issues are still visible through the Board and Issues tab.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Open a business project
      2. Create an issue in the project
      3. Navigate to either one of the following views;
        • Timeline
        • List
        • Calendar

      Expected Results

      Issues in the project should be visible in all the views

      Actual Results

      The following error message is displayed whenever one of the affected views is loaded;

      We couldn't load items.
      Check your connection, then give it another try. 

      Workaround

      Refresh the list, potentially multiple times and with filters to make it load fewer issues at a time.

            A change has been made that should prevent this from happening on recently migrated tenants. Please let us know if you are still experiencing this after a migration.

            I am closing this issue as the problem tracked by this ticket only occurs when a tenant has been recently migrated. These scenarios will be handled by our support team.

            For issues with the list, timeline and calendar view of a business project not loading items repeatedly, and on tenants not having recently been migrated, then these will be tracked by other future tickets.

These scenarios will be handled by our support team. For issues with the list, timeline and calendar view of a business project not loading items repeatedly, and on tenants not having recently been migrated, then these will be tracked by other future tickets.
