Suggestion
Add a traffic light to the project summary to give stakeholders a quick information about the project.
Tracking projects and how they are progressing is important for risk management as well as stakeholder management. Right now issues would need to be filtered and then exported to then get a percentage of how many issues are overdue.
With a simple traffic light or even percentage or pie chart, project managers could easily see how the project is progressing.
Example
Red light would be 100%-60% of all issues are not done and overdue.
Yellow light would be 59%-30%
Green light would be 29%-0%
This can obviously be done otherwise down to issues itself and then aggregated over the project with weighting higher priority issues more.
