UI allows to create a form for an epic issue type if it is the only issue type in CMP

      Issue Summary

      If you're working on a CMP project that only has Epic as the issue type, then the form view will allow you to click create instead of showing a disabled button and will create a form for that epic issue type.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a new CMP project
      2. In the project’s settings, change the issue types to have only one epic issue type and set it as the default issue type
      3. Navigate to the forms page
      4. Click create a form
        Observe a form is created for the epic issue type

      Expected Results

      The form for Epics is not supported, therefore, it should not allow us to raise the form.

      Actual Results

      The form is created for the epic issue type.

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
