      Adding images to description field does not work

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Press /
      2. Select Files & images

      Expected Results

      Feature to work so that attachments may be added

      Actual Results

      Nothing happens, the feature doesn't work

      Workaround

      Whilst there is no workaround to adding files to the description form, use the Attachment feature to include files to the form:
