Issue Summary

System field "Due date" always gets pre-populated with today's date in JWM forms

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a form in a JWM project and add Due Date field in the form.
2. Click on Preview or Open the link in a new tab.

Expected Results

Due date field should be empty and allows user to choose a desired date.

Actual Results

Due date is pre populated with current date.

Workaround

• Add a new date field to capture due date in the form.
• Use Jira automation to copy the field value to system Due date field when issue is created.
