Currently, nested issues to more easily display hierarchy only works within the list view when a filter is not applied. The option should be given to retain hierarchy if doing so makes sense (i.e., there is nesting to be displayed) even with a filter applied. This will help users more easily manage larger views of issues where nesting is still needed.
