Changing the (issue-type) epic name causes broken epic icon

      Issue Summary

      Changing the issue-type epic name causes a broken epic icon. The issue only appears on a business project (JWM) and on an issue-type epic.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to Jira settings > Issue types
      2. Edit and rename epic

      Expected Results

      The new name is shown with an epic icon/avatar

      Actual Results

      The new name is shown but the epic icon/avatar is broken

      Workaround

      1. Rename issue type epic
      2. Click 'Issue Type Avatar'
      3. Select the epic icon image
      4. Update
