Description
Issue Summary
When using the new category field on a team-managed business project, it is possible to group by category. Unfortunately, when you do this, the group by only shows the uncategorized issues. All other issues that have a set category already do not appear on the list view
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a new team managed business project
- In the List view, create a single category (test)
- Assign the test value to the category field to one issue in that project
- leave at least one other issue without a category
- In the list view go to Group By: select category
Expected Results
We expect to see all the possibly categories on that view with all the issues grouped by them
Actual Results
We only see the uncategorized issues
Workaround
It is possible to get these other categories to show up, but the work-around here is while in the group by category, assign one of the existing categories to an uncategorized issue. This appears to force that category to appear here along with the other issues in that category.
