Issue Summary

Assignee field is added to JWM forms automatically and cannot be removed

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) / (no)

Steps to Reproduce

1. go to Settings > General Configuration > Turn "Allow unassigned issues" OFF
2. go to a JWM project and attempt to create a Form

Expected Results

You should be able to create the form and preview it

Actual Results

The Form includes "Assignee" field which is an unsupported field under Forms at the moment

→ you cannot remove this field nor preview the Form.

Error Message: "This required field is unsupported. Contact admin to make this field optional.
"Required field cannot be hidden"

Workaround

1. turn "Allow unassigned issues" ON
2. remove problematic Form
3. create a new one instead
