Issue Summary

When attaching more than 1 file on a form, it fails with the below error:

Something's gone wrong
Temporary attachment not found. Session may have timed out before submitting the form.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have a Company Business project.
2. Have a Form to create an issue, with the Attachment field.
3. Try to create an issue, with 2 or more attachment files.

Expected Results

The issue should be created.

Actual Results

Below error is thrown.

Something's gone wrong
Temporary attachment not found. Session may have timed out before submitting the form.

Workaround

Create the issue with only 1 attachment file, and add others after creation.
