Show parent issues in a tree view like subtasks for list and timelines

In the list and timeline pages, the parent issues are not displayed in a tree view like the subtasks, for example, if a story is part of an Epic they are displayed individually in those views, it would be helpful if all parent relationships could be displayed in a tree view just like how the subtasks are displayed.
