Uploading an attachment on a form does not show the attachment on the issue

      Issue Summary

      When an attachment is uploaded on a JWM form, the upload is successful, however, when the issue is viewed from the JWM project, the attachment is not shown.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a JWM form
      2. Share the JWM form and upload an attachment
      3. Navigate back to the JWM project and check the issue that was created. The attachment is not present

      Expected Results

      The attachment uploaded onto the form should be shown in the issue when viewed from the JWM project

      Actual Results

      The attachment is missing when the issue is viewed in the JWM project

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
