Workflow validator is not warning when transitioning issues through the columns

Issue Summary

Having a workflow validator configured, the error set doesn't display if you try to move an issue card between two columns. It displays correctly if you transition the issue using the status selector

Steps to Reproduce

1. Configure a workflow validator
2. At the board, try to move the issue card that will trigger the workflow validator to the next column
3. The issue will return without any warning

Expected Results

The workflow validator message should be displayed that the issue was not transitioned due to a missing information

Actual Results

The issue returns to the original status and doesn't warn why.

Workaround

Instead of using the issue card transitioning between the columns, use the status selector inside the issue. However, this require to open the issue and transition using the status
