Email to issue creation: suggest Date and name of author/from

      I usually like to put the name of an author and the date of an email to the Ticket summary. There are suggestions by Jira to use the subject etc.

      It would be nice to be able to select a kind of query for sugestions of subject, name and e-mail received date.
