    Description

      Issue Summary

When the customer adds the Custom MultiLine Text field to a FORM whose renderer is set to WIKI style. When Previewing the form the WIKI style MultiLine text field shows up as a normal field. However, the system field Description is shown as WIKI style when set to WIKI renderer.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. We need a JWM Business project.
      2. Create a Multiline Text CustomField and make sure the renderer is set to "WiKi Style" in the field configuration.
      3. Create a FORM and add the field Summary, Description (Wiki Style), Multiline Text CustomField (Wiki Style).
      4. Preview the FORM.

      Expected Results

      • The JWM Issue FORM should render the Custom Multiline Text Field with formatting options when set to "WiKi Style Renderer". Just like the system field "Description" in the JIRA FORMs.

      Actual Results

      • I created a field which is Multiline TextField with Renderer as Wiki Style Renderer for a JWM project. However, when adding this field to form and previewing it in the form view, the field shows up as a normal multiline text field. However, the Description field that is also configured to be a WiKi Style Renderer shows the options to format text.
      • This is reproducible in the lab and even in the customer environment.
