Summary

At the moment, when due date or a custom date field is added to JWM form builder, the form displays the date with an example format.
The example date format sometimes causes confusion to users that the field is pre-populated by default.

Suggestion

It would be great to add the ability for administrators to disable the example date format or customise the default date format example that is displayed on the JWM forms.
