As a JIRA Agile Administrator, I'd like to be able to identify and bulk-delete out of use Agile Boards.

    Description

As Agile Boards are very easy to create, and as users are able to create so many of them so easily, our JIRA eventually has a large number of boards, many of which are no longer used or needed.

As each board adds performance overhead to a number of operations, it would be prudent to trim down the boards that are no longer in use or no longer point to an active owner.

We'd like to have an interface where boards can be selected by bulk criteria and bulk-deleted as needed. Sample criteria would be last accessed prior to (time), owner not active in JIRA, underlying filter has been removed, and others.
