Scrollbar missing in Agile Board filter selection

      In an agile board, under "Filter", "Saved Filter", I can left-click to select a saved filter.
      However, this dropdown is limited to 20 entries, with no scrolling (see attachment).
      I you want to see the 21st entry, you need to know the filter's name, and start typing.
