After upgrading to JIRA Agile 6.3.2, users face this message :
JIRA Agile is currently unavailable. This might be because an upgrade task has failed to run or has not not yet completed.
Please contact your system administrator if you continue to see this message.

Steps to reproduce
- Using a version of JIRA Agile prior to 6.3.2, delete the 'Business Value' custom field
- Update your JIRA Agile to version 6.3.2
- Once done, head to your dashboard (or any other pages), and you will face the error
