Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Create Issue dialog
2. Enter an Epic Link for the issue
3. Check Create Another and then submit
4. Observe that the Epic Link field is empty
5. Try to create a second issue

Expected

Epic Link should be re-populated with the same epic as the first issue, submit should work.

Actual

Epic Link field is not populated, and submit returns error: "Epic with key '' does not exist."
