Issues that are completed are showing up as "Removed from Sprint" on the Sprint Report

Summary

There are issues appearing in the Sprint Report as "Removed from Sprint", which are completed, and have not been removed.

Steps to Reproduce

Unable to reproduce this as of yet.

Expected Results

The issues appear in the "Completed Issues" section of the report.

Actual Results

The issues appear in the "Issues Removed From Sprint" section of the report.

Notes

This behaviour appears to be occurring due to a condition where the sprint history records are missing as the sprint was added during issue creation, potentially between the dates of the sprint. Unfortunately not able to replicate to properly identify this behaviour.

Workaround

1. Edit the issue to remove the sprint and save it.
2. Add the issue back into the sprint. It will now appear in the correct section of the Sprint Report.
   Note that the issue will have a * against the issue key in the Sprint Report as GreenHopper will consider it as added to the Sprint after the sprint was started.
