Description
This appears to have been reported before (see, GHS-622), but we are observing it with Greenhopper 3.3 on Jira 3.13 and have verified it on the public Atlassian jira site
Observed behavior is that the first priority in the list is selected by default when creating an issue or subtask using quick card creation in the planning or task board. The first priority in the list is not defined as the default value in the system.
With the standard default Atlassian configuration, this means that "Major" is defined to be the default priority and "Blocked" is initially selected. (In our case, we have renamed these simply to "3" and "1".)
