better priorising possibility of jira-subtickets

currently I can priorise subticket with this tiny arrows. But there only one position can be changed in one step (so far I couldn't find any other ways).

Would be a big advantage, if subtickets also can be moved like main-tickets in a normal sprint or like in the backlog.
