[JSWSERVER-9382] OPINION - should we be restricting the length of this control in "read" mode?

jcranford@atlassian.com Yeah, I think we should restrict the length on the element. If this is default behaviour then I think you need to bring it up with sharwood or someone from the AUI team. The control shouldn't expand forever

This is current behaviour so should really be a separate bug.
