An empty backlog on plan mode doesn't show the empty placeholder box

      The placeholder box which says there are no issues in the backlog, is not shown anymore. It's now impossible to drag issues from a sprint into an empty backlog. Workaround is to sent to backlog with context menu.

            I don't think this is an issue, it's how we did it before.

            "There is a border for future sprints in empty state but not for active/backlog"

            This is because future sprints have a movable footer, the other containers do not.

            Two things need additional review:
            1. There is a border for future sprints in empty state but not for active/backlog
            2. When drag the last issue out of the bucket (backlog/active/future sprint) we are loosing all visual information that there was something.

            I'll update this since we avoid using js prefix classes for presentation purposes

            HTML structure had changed - style display:block was being set on:
            .ghx-backlog-container .ghx-issues.ghx-no-issues .ghx-helper

            Changed to:
