Give the option to add Priority to the issue detail view

      Although the card views do show the Priority icon it would be helpful to also be able to add the Priority field into the issue detail view to make the view more robust and make the inline editing of the field possible.

            Although this is earlier that GHS-9741 which is the true duplicate, that issue has many more voters and watchers. So resolving this one as the duplicate.

            This would be a great idea. I know it shows on the icon, but to give it additional priority and also make it more visible, it should be allowed in the details view.

            I was told it was not there because it is such an important item, it was on the icon, so this should. make it even more important

            On a sidenote, it would be great to make the details view also have editable fields like all the other Jira screens viewing issue data do.
