    • We collect Jira feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

When we have an issue in the Done status (Closed) with any sub-tasks in the Open status, this issue doesn`t appear in the backlog, on the Plan Mode.

It would be great if we can have an option in GreenHopper to show those issues in the backlog, so we can plan a Sprint with the sub-tasks.

This will also need to allow an user to close a Sprint with issues in the Done status but with opened sub-tasks.

Many thanks for reporting this issue, however this is not something we plan to add to JIRA Agile at this time.

Based on your use-case I would suggest the following issue would be more suitable, this tracks the ability to move sub-tasks to a new parent issue.

I filed this request with support and wanted to add a clarification. While the first part is necessary I was primarily concerned about the second part, i.e. being able to close the sprint. Currently if you have unfinished tasks greenhopper will place them on the backlog when you close the sprint. If you have unfinished subtasks you have no option to close the sprint. You either have to reopen the parent or close the sub tasks.
