Display summary of all issues/sorypoints (including subtasks) by owner for a sprint

As as a Project Manager, I find it very difficult/impossible to use the Agile boards to see ALL work on a particular team members plate for the current sprint. This is essential for managing a project.

The issues is that it is either not possible, not easy, or not documented, how to view owner level summaries in the boards. There is an option to "View in Issue Navigator" but this leaves out subtasks which means again, there is no way to see ALL work for a particular team member for the current sprint.

This is partially related to the fact that subtasks are treated as second class citizens and don't appear in the Plan, or Report board and other areas. (Please, please, change that!)
