when we have story points with floating points - like 3.5 or the like the value get truncated

      we are using values like 3.5 in our story point field and sometimes they appear and sometimes not. So when we edit the story is shows the 3.5.
      in the issue the 3.5 is truncated to 3 when displayed. when displayed in the
      Rapid release board it shows 3.5. when it is exported to excel it is a 3.

      this is a major problem for us how can it be fixed?
