Resolved stories no longer show as struck through

      Parent tasks are not struck through even when they are resolved.

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Create an Issue;
      2. Create a subtask for it;
      3. Resolve the subtask and the Parent;
      4. The Parent is not struck through but the subtask is;
      5. Delete the subtask;
      6. The Parent is now struck through.
